SPIE — CSA Z246.1: What's Changed?

Hosted by SPIE, I joined co-speaker Terry Freestone to present "CSA Z246.1: What's Changed?"—a lunch-and-learn session breaking down the recent amendment to the standard and what it means for organizations in practice.
CSA Z246.1 is Canada's national security management standard for petroleum and natural gas industry systems, and the updates to clauses covering cybersecurity and information security carry real implications for how industry builds and maintains its security programs. The session was built to make those changes clear and to leave room for questions.
My thanks to SPIE for hosting, and to Terry for co-presenting. For any other organizations or companies that would like to host a similar lunch-and-learn, I'm happy to speak on the amendment and answer questions—note that CSA pre-approval is required.

Cyber-Physical Security Risk Assessment Using a Secure Asset Framework
