For the ISACA Calgary Chapter's SheLeadsTech event, I delivered an interactive presentation on mentorship—a topic close to me as someone who has both benefited from and provided mentorship throughout my career.

Rather than a one-way talk, the session was built to be interactive, inviting the room to connect in person and share their own experiences. Mentorship sits at the intersection of data security, strategic communication, and community resilience—the same intersection where I've spent much of my work—and I believe the future requires leaders who can bridge technical depth with cultural understanding, whether developing cybersecurity frameworks for critical infrastructure or facilitating stakeholder alignment across government and industry.

My thanks to the ISACA Calgary Chapter for the speaker spotlight and the chance to speak on a subject that matters so much to how our field grows its next generation.
